The high-fiber corn noodles won the Great Taste Award with one star. At the gastronomic Oscar competition, the judges described our pasta as simply tasty.

The high fiber content of Civita pasta is due to the custom-made flour, not added material. Thus, compared to traditional pasta, our pasta contains 3x more fiber.
